To accelerate the high-quality development of the property service industry in Zhejiang Province, the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Zhejiang Province held a province-wide property management training class from November 29th to November 30th, 2023. Feng Guoxiong, the President of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Property Managers was invited by the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Zhejiang Province and the Zhejiang Property Management Association to impart knowledge on the laws and regulations, historical development, and advanced service concepts of property management in Hong Kong during the training, which has benefited many participating companies and got the industry thinking.

In Block B of Hangzhou New City Square there is an elderly couple. To make them feel the warmth of the building as a big family, the customer service staff and the steward of Binjiang Property visit the couple regularly every week, chatting with them, sharing stories in their life, reminiscing about their old days, and helping them do some daily housework.

The list of “Beautiful Homes” Community in Zhejiang Province for 2023 has been released recently, and two residential quarters, namely, The City Star in Shangyu District of Shaoxing City, and Chunjiangyue in Kecheng District of Quzhou City, both of which are served by Binjiang Property, made the list.
