One rainy day in autumn, Ms. Wu, a proprietor of Quzhou Moon Bay, was walking in the residential quarter when she suddenly heard a cat’s meows from the grass beside the road. She went closer and found a cat crouching and wandering around the sewer inlet, looking down from time to time helplessly. Ms. Wu then noticed that a kitten had fallen into the sewer. As the rainwater drained into the sewer, the kitten was soaking wet. Ms. Wu immediately reported to the property management service center for help. Late Night Praises to An Order Team Member for Saving a Stray Cat 

On a late night in November, in the chatting group of proprietors of Shaoxing Golden Landing, there was an influx of compliments and reminders of prompt vaccination against rabies to the order team member Wang Yibing from proprietors who should have fallen asleep. What happened?

The story began with piercing cat cries at night that seriously disturbed the sleep of proprietors in Shaoxing Golden Landing.

Wang Yibing, the order team member on duty that night, also heard the cat's cries during his patrol and finally found the trapped cat in the basement atrium. It cowered on the water pump well pipe and cried under the cold and hunger.

At around 11 PM on an autumn night, in Huzhou Deqing Mountain Villa, Mr. Yu and his family members were too anxious to sleep as their beloved dog that they had kept for many years had been lost. In the middle of the night, Mr. Yu sent a WeChat message to the steward She Rongrong for help. To his surprise, the steward replied shortly, assuring that he would help find their dog.

Late at night, the steward She Rongrong got in touch with the gate sentry in the first place and was told that no dogs were seen slipping out and that there was a higher possibility that the dog was still in the residential quarter. “There’s a bat in my house and please help catch it.” One night in November at around 22:30, the property management service center of Hangzhou Xiaoshan East Coast received a call from Ms. Sun who said that there was a bat in her home, which was frightening.

The patrolman after getting the notice soon arrived at the proprietor’s home with tools to drive the bat away. However, the patrolman didn’t find the bat in the proprietor’s home and thought the bat had flown away. He told the proprietor not to worry and asked the proprietor to call the property management staff if the bat showed up again.

At 1:30 AM on the third day, the service center again received a call for help from Ms. Sun, and the staff on duty instantly sent the patrolman Gao Binqi to handle the bat. Shortly, Gao Binqi arrived. He comforted the proprietor first and guaranteed that he would handle it well. After some effort, the bat was finally caught in a trash can.
